COURT DAYS NOTICE:
Please be advised that court appearances may require adjustments to our regular business hours and lunch times.
Court days are typically held on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays different dates of the month.
We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to take note of any temporary schedule changes on those days.
NOTICE: If YOU are on Probation
The Texas Code of Criminal Procedure provides that the court with jurisdiction is responsible for determining the terms and conditions of your community supervision (probation). Furthermore, the court may, at any time during the period of supervision and upon a finding of reasonable cause, alter or modify those terms and conditions as it deems appropriate.
The rules established by the Court define the requirements and expectations of the probation program. These conditions, whether broad or specific, set the standards of conduct that every individual under community supervision is expected to follow in order to successfully complete probation. Compliance with these conditions significantly reduces the likelihood of further criminal behavior and demonstrates a commitment to rehabilitation and accountability.
While the conditions of probation do impose certain restrictions, they should be viewed as structured guidelines designed to promote stability, personal responsibility, and lawful conduct. Within these boundaries, individuals are afforded the opportunity to lead productive, successful, and fulfilling lives.
It is essential that you understand and comply with all conditions of your probation. Your Probation Officer's responsibility is to provide guidance, monitor your compliance, and assist you in successfully completing your term of community supervision. However, the ultimate responsibility for meeting the Court's expectations rests solely with you.
You should also understand that any violation of the conditions of your probation will be addressed seriously. If circumstances warrant, your Probation Officer will not hesitate to file a Motion to Revoke Community Supervision or take any other appropriate legal action authorized by the Court.
